Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, I am a lover of languages and cultures. I provide professional translation services through Puente Pro.

The business name was inspired by my family name Puente, which means Bridge in Spanish. I noticed a gap in language access services in the community during the pandemic, and I was determined to change that by bridging the language barrier.

I am a native Spanish speaker born to Mexican parents. While I was born in the U.S., I grew up in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico until first grade. Then, we moved to Arizona where I spent my childhood, teenage years, and college experience. 

In my most recent role as the first bilingual Communications Officer at the City of Tulsa, I translated documents for various departments. Even before launching Puente Pro, I provided translation services to individuals and entities since 2013, all while working as a full-time news reporter and anchor in California and Oklahoma.
